London Cornelius is an educator and coach who joined the faculty of GPS in August 2022. She brings enthusiasm and expertise to her roles as a middle school physical education instructor and a teacher of ninth and 10th grade health. With a passion for promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles, London incorporates innovative teaching methods to engage her students and empower them with essential knowledge and skills for lifelong health and fitness. Beyond the classroom, London extends her influence as the head coach for both the middle school and high school softball teams. Her leadership fosters a culture of excellence, teamwork, and resilience, empowering student-athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field. London comes from a competitive background of playing Division I softball and followed her passion for teaching in Raleigh, North Carolina, from 2017–21. London holds multiple roles at GPS all while being a wife and mom of two littles, who keep her on her toes. GO BRUISERS!
