Richard O’Neal joined GPS in 2023 as the Director of Food Services. Richard has been a chef for nearly 30 years and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. His father was a fisherman, who had a little restaurant on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where Richard fell in love with cooking. He has since opened and operated a couple of restaurants, worked in private clubs and a large college, and was, before becoming a Bruiser, the Executive Chef at McCallie.
