Melissa Nati

Melissa Nati joined GPS as the inaugural school nurse in 2022 and has been an asset to the Health and Wellness team. She thrives on collaborating with students, families, and colleagues to address their healthcare needs most effectively. Melissa also promotes campus wellness with health-focused initiatives and challenges throughout the year. Melissa has a rich healthcare background with a focus on patient care. She graduated summa cum laude from both Loyola University with a BS in biology, followed by an MS in health systems administration from Georgetown University. Clinically, Melissa has made impactful contributions as a public health nurse at the Hamilton County Health Department and as a critical care nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, specializing in the care of newborns. Furthermore, she has contributed her expertise at MTF Biologics, specializing in providing allograft tissues for surgical procedures. Certified in CPR and Basic Life Support for healthcare workers, Melissa is also a proud member of the National Association of School Nurses.
