Laurel Moore Zahrobsky '90

Laurel Moore Zahrobsky '90 graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University with BFA in dance. She went on to Chicago to perform with various companies and dance artists while maintaining her own choreography. Her work has been showcased from Chicago to Atlanta and is ever present in her current position at GPS. Since 2003 Laurel has been the Middle School Dance Educator and enjoys guiding young dancers and choreographers while they are just discovering modern dance. In 2020, Laurel was named Director of Terpsichord, our high school modern dance company, and in 2021 was named Dean of the Senior Class. Both positions are suited well to Laurel's strength in developing and cultivating relationships while helping each student discover their own strengths and passions. Laurel is a proud alumna of GPS as well as a proud parent of a GPS alumna from the Class of '24.
