Aimee Owings Harvey '93

Aimee Owings Harvey '93, SPHR, MBA, is the Executive Vice President of human resources and organizational development with Zotec, LLC, an Indianapolis-based healthcare technology company, where she leads all people functions for the business, including talent acquisition and development, employee and client learning, and HR operations. Harvey also has operational responsibility for Zotec’s foundation that assists at-risk youth in Indianapolis and serves on its board of directors. She is an active member of her communities, serving on the board of directors for the ALS Society of Indiana, where she chairs the governance committee, and volunteering her time in mentorship of young women in the Indianapolis area. Aimee holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s from the University of Mississippi, Oxford. A Chattanooga native, she divides her time between her hometown and Indianapolis. Aimee enjoys cycling in the Tennessee Valley with her husband, Brad, and competing in cycling events all over the world.
