During normal school hours, Girls Preparatory School is home to 600 girls in grades 6-12. However, during the after-hours and school breaks, the campus hosts many exciting camps and clinics for both students and non-students year-round.
The camps and clinics offered at GPS provide some of the best educational and enrichment programs in the area. Whether it is learning a new skill during summer camp, fine-tuning sports skills during a clinic, or simply enjoying seasonal fun at winter camp, GPS Camps + Clinics has something for everyone.

Summer Camp
The GPS Summer Program is open to girls ages 4–14+ and books up quickly, so early registration is encouraged. A variety of offerings cater to the interests of each girl. Activities include a day of sailing on the lake, rowing on the river, or rehearsing for an on-stage performance.
The Summer Program at Girls Preparatory School blends fun with great mentorship from GPS students and staff. Here, girls make cherished friendships, strengthen their minds and bodies, and boost their self-confidence by trying new and exciting things.

Winter Camp
In late December, during Hamilton County School’s break, Winter Camp invites girls ages 4-14+ to spend the day participating in arts, crafts, and other creative activities as well as swimming in a heated pool on campus. In addition, Winter Camp often includes cooking camp with our partners from Sprouts Cooking.

Clinics
GPS runs a whole host of clinics to help girls fine-tune their techniques and practice good sportsmanship. Clinics allow athletes to receive more personal coaching within GPS’s excellent facilities.
